"The civil society must be the engine of global change." A change, which the author of these words, the president of the Foundation Conama , Gonzalo Echagüe , "is already underway." Part of this society is the university and so are the professional . The first has had a significant role in the development of Global Change Report 2020/50 through Complutense Center for Research and Information-Environmental-CCIM, coeditor with Conama Foundation of the study and presented by both institutions last March first . The second, the professional represented by UP Conama Foundation, are also actors of civil society , part of it, part of the motor Echagüe alluded to. It happens that in any motor , however simple it may be, each of the parts and gear makes them essential for the all work. That all to be the change , and not a change anyone, but a global change . The goal is, according to CONAMA and experts signing the report, a sustainable model , which is spend less than occur. Some parts are already greased and ready to attempt it and pursue the movement of the rest, to where?. As always forward, where all the changes, also global.
