There are many reasons why Professional Union has participated in the Public Consultation on the Directive on recognition of professional qualifications : Because we firmly believe that Europe should be strengthened as the birthplace of professional talent .
Because we do not see a professional who is not professionally develop continuously throughout their lives.
Because we understand that learning a professional not only includes their formal education , but what should be considered is a continuous professional development which also contemplates the informal learning or non-formal acquired by it.
Because we believe that continuing professional development is based at deep knowledge and respect for ethical rules of each profession .
Because it is absolutely unavoidable counting and maximize the opportunities and facilities provided by information and communication systems.
Because everything must have a legislative backing enough to ensure and prove their strength in the professional world now
And ultimately, because the appropriate bodies to support this professional development, accreditation and ensure repute and good professional practice are professional organizations.
